A coupon train is a group of people (usually between 5-10 people) involved in mailing a coupon envelope back and forth between each other. When someone receives the coupon envelope they remove the coupons they will use, replace the coupons they took with new coupons and send the coupon envelope to the next person on the list. I am currently looking for individuals who would like to start a coupon train in Colorado.
